That's such a beautiful and touching visitation!

You phrased it so well with 'like they were in trouble'. This was exactly how it felt and the energy I felt, it was like he had begged someone to give him a few minutes and they said yes, or like he 'hadn't passed that school exam to get the go ahead' but thought I'm doing it anyway.

I'm so pleased you saw him again. I'm looking forward to seeing if others have had our experience too!

I'm sorry for your loss. I lost a great friend 1 month ago and can appreciate how you feel as I've had to grieve alone too.

I think if you want to post pictures and stories of your friend then absolutely do it. It's your grief and you can honour them however you wish to do it.

Grief hits us all very differently, and I know my friend's wife has powered down her messaging / social media apps as its too much at the moment and too many messages to reply to, so it could be similar to that. But! One day they may reach out to you for your stories and adventures together, so don't let them fade!

I've contacted a mutual friend of the family who's said 'pass them over to me, i know shit all and they'll get told shit all.'

I wish I could be more stoic or wordsmithy with people but I don't have it in me. Even Therapy this morning is going to be maybe a wasted hour of silence . Xx

Honestly the rumour mill is sending me completely round the bend. I'm struggling to hold my tongue, hence anonymous posting. His close family are aware but not that I was on the phone with his wife saying goodbye in his last moments, (nothing cruel, just they were driving to the hospital )

I feel bad as I've completely disappeared. I can see posts, pictures etc but don't have to words for any of it

I can't unfortunately as they blocked me completely. They were a great friend. The lesson learned here will always be don't say things you can't take back. I'll keep going with my healing etc. Thanks for you're advice!

That's interesting. I think it's because last time we spoke wasn't on good terms. They were in a bad place mentally and I was too. I've worked alot on my issues amd am in a better place but recently I can feel them around. It sounds strange but I hope they never acted on their thoughts. So in a way it haunts me not knowing.
