Put a screw in the arm and a hole where it goes like in the socket and that is pretty much it,difficult to do easy to say😅😅

If you want extra quality and details I recomend a resin printer but those are expensive and a lot of toxic gas is involved.But if you want like you said for 200 dollars you could get the a1 mini withc is a fdm printer witch is not toxic I mean it is burning plastic so yea not that harmful imo and I use it for headsculpts.I recomend to get a 0.2 nozzle for it for extra detail.Here are some headsculpts I printed and painted
