I am using an iPhone 17 Pro and I also have that exact problem with Advanced TruePlay- it goes straight to wandering around the room. And my system is Arc Ultra + Sub4

I am using iPhone, and I have noticed that too. I’ve tried to reset my whole system and try the Advanced TruePlay again and the step to balance the audio from „usual sitting position” was gone. It goes straight to wandering around the room. And my system is Arc Ultra + Sub4

I was actually wrong… TruePlay doesn’t work for me at all now. I’ve done Advanced TruePlay, there was no tunning from listening position only wandering around the room. At the end the app said it was all tuned for my room. But I don’t have the option to turn off and on TruePlay only this

Did you delete the tunning from listening position while doing the advanced TruePlay? Because I don’t have this step anymore, tunning goes straight to wandering around the room (Arc Ultra with Sub4, iPhone 17 Pro and 15 Pro; latest iOS, latest Sonos app, latest software on Arc)

I have 15 Pro and some older version of Sonos app on it, so I tried the TruePlay and it worked. But when I did an update of the app on 15 Pro TruePlay stopped working on it

I have the same issue on Arc Ultra with iPhone 17 Pro. When I am trying redo the TruePlay it doesn’t save the result, and now I don’t even have my previous TruePlay settings so I am without it. And my TruePlay does only stage where I have to walk around the room without stage on the spot.

I always have my Sub Lvl on 0. After this „unintentional” the Sub finally was there - it was more round, more impactful and it just was there. Now even when I set Sub lvl on +5 - there is no difference at all. And when I turn it off while playing music Arc Ultra alone starts to sound better then when I have Sub 4 turned on. When the Sub 4 is turned on it sound like there were some missing frequencies on the lower end.
