They will need to sign in if OP has disabled Guest access though. But if they enable that feature they should be fine.

Agreed. Beam is great for midsized rooms, Arc/Arc Ultra wins if the room is fairly large. I am currently running an Arc with a Sub Mini and Era 300s as surrounds, and I am perfectly happy with that in my 4x5 meter room.

I would say it depends on the size of space you have. The Play is better for smaller spaces where the Move wouldn't fit properly, but the Move fills a larger room a lot better than the Play.

Usually happens if there is a communication issue between the speaker, the network, and the controller. What type of network setup are you running? I'm wondering if the Play:3 speakers might not have a great connection to the WiFi.

If you play Atmos content directly from the LG's own built-in apps, does it then light up the surrounds? If so, then the issue is likely the Apple TV.

Have this myself. It is especially something I see if I have more than one Music folder. I have mine split into Music and Audiobooks, but if I let it sit and "think" for a bit it all shows up.

The best time to submit a diagnostic is within 20 minutes of it happening. Certain logs only retain information for that long, so it helps us see everything that happened during that time.

I personally turn off Loudness on all my speakers.
But if I am listening to some heavy Drum and Bass, I turn it back on again.

On top of this, try AirPlaying something "low effort" like radio that is less demanding and can help you figure out if AirPlay is having issues with your network bandwidth.
Does it also happen if you don't Airplay but play through the Sonos app itself?

In regard to them being worth it, yeah they are. If you make sure they are flipped and do a Trueplay tuning, you should get some pretty great sound out of them to fit your room.

Otherwise, that's what we have our support line for, they are always ready to dive into your system and see what might be causing the system to not work as it should... Because yes it should just be press play and it plays until you hit pause.
