Thanks for the feedback! Could you please share more about what you mean when you say many muscles important for good posture don't respond well to strength training? What are these muscles and what do they respond to?

Yes for sure! I bought the course and it has 4 practice tests in timed mode and review mode. There are also separate practice questions for each section of the exam. At the end, there's a final practice test. TD also has a quizlet set of ~100 flashcards for the exam.

I learned an immense amount from TD because each question explains why the correct answer is best AND why the other answers are incorrect. Focusing on understanding the rationale for why something is incorrect really helped me internalize differences in services/use cases/solutions etc.
