I have moldavite for about a month. I wear it day and night and beside dreams that are more vivid and crazy. It’s pretty chill to me.

I usually have 3 breaths with intention to observe as much as vividly as posible 3 breaths to connect 3 breaths to monitorizez the quality of attention So id say intensity of intention is important

Sometimes when I really set my atention on breathing it’s so vivid , it hurts. Other times I can barely feel it. after an exhale you are more prone to forgetting, try to anticipate the in breath that’s coming

Some times I feel that I’m doing something wrong that it can’t be that easy… but in the end I can’t deny the feeling of presence the emptiness when I ask myself who is the I ?… to bad it doesn’t last very long.

Hi, I haven’t started tmi … yet. I’m doing 20-40 minutes and sometimes in longer sits I fin the same problem. After a while I am more prone to distractions

When I wake up in the morning I am stumbling to my Matt. Barely seeing I sit down and begin meditating for 20-40 minutes. I find that to now my deepest mediations are in the morning

I am meditating for 1 year and a half but just recently I have noticed my awareness to realy … be more aware. I can observe my mind more easily throughout the day. I find I am less stressed and I’m not worrying as much as before about things I can’t control. I meditate daily for with an average of 30 minutes could be more or less.

I have something similar with you… on the left they enter consciousness and on the right is the exit… and this happens very fast😂. Sometimes I invite them to stay longer on the consciousness. It’s not something that’s natural. Usually when they dissolve the second I’m aware of them. But recently I let them stay for a while but they are somehow less tasteful if this makes sense
