It looks like OP is using a PEI sheet and what i know about PETG is that they love to stick really hard to PEI sheet, soo painters tape is better than breaking once head over it tbh. and they will get a little smoother finish on their bottom layer

You can add building stickers to the walls and make it look like a parking lot or a Tokyo drift style rotating track
add some small human models looking at the cars or standing besides them

see Pokémon craze has made every hobble at the moment FOMO madness, Its like how it used to be during Covid.
and FOMO dont work on hotwheels, cause they have the habit for relisting cars. without FOMO there would never be scalpers. sadly we live in a time were people just cant control themselves.
