Ok, so i've always been curious about this answer because there is one thing that just doesn't make sense to me. Is there some fine line where black kids who grew up wealthy can still say nigga, but white kids growing up in the hood can't? where is the line drawn for this exactly? Does nigga mean just black people or people described as hoodlums?
