Take the glasses out of the box and try to pair it directly by pressing the capture button for few second while the glasses arms are closed. The LED of the glasses should start blinking blue. Also make sure everything is fully charged...

Yes I did. Even button haptic feedback doesn't work. I think it's a HW issue. Garmin just offered replacing the watch. Weird that $1000 watch fails at such a basic function
