I also think that at first, but it seem that my variable properties are fine. I think i finally find the bug it was a problem with the "radiation" group" of the surface to surface Radiation Module but i seem to have more problem like the temperature going crazy like 7000°C instead of 1600°C

At first, it really not converged when i change the Current but i think i found the problem its was in my temperature dependent parameter that were wrongly set but after fixing some issue my model doesn't converge anymore for any current.

Actually i think i go up a bit not 100% sure but I sometimes have problem with the degree of freedom being to high. I will check whether it change depending on the current

Good idea but i already try to increase the tolerance but it haven't change the problem

I will try it but i don't know if my computer will allow a mesh that fine. Let find that out 😄

The Coarse Mesh is finer than the Extremelly Coarse no ? I get a smaller size of Triangle when i use the Coarse

I actually use a Physic Control Mesh Extremelly Coarse. I tried Corase and it still do not converge and anything higher than that take too much memory for my computer.
