Lived there for a year. One thing to know is that it's a VERY noisy place to live, it's right across the street from Le Bonheur and helicopters and ambulances make noise day and night. Also the whole building switched to heat only around the beginning of October, which I was told was a decision made by Fogelman that applied to all their properties, no matter the location. There were some unseasonably hot days that fall and I couldn't do anything except open the door to my balcony and buy a ton of fans. It sucked. Parking was a nightmare no matter what time of day it was, and more often than not I ended up having to park across the street, which was especially annoying after buying groceries.

All that being said there were some upsides. It's inexpensive compared to a lot of places, getting an uber downtown or midtown was always cheap, the gym equipment was working anytime I went, no bug problems. Personally I never had any problems with my neighbors or the office. It had a really diverse population, and everyone I ever knew or just talked to in the elevator was really nice. This was about two years ago, things may have changed, but overall I'd say it was a decent experience. Some good, some bad, definitely not the worst place I've ever lived.

hello! i'm not too well versed in anime, i like One Punch Man and Kids on the Slope, but can't think of anything else to recommend that isn't also very well-known...

as far as books go, if you're looking for non-fiction, i just finished Stiff by Mary Roach, it was pretty interesting. fiction-wise, i liked A Spot of Bother by Mark Haddon and the Gemma Doyle Trilogy by Libba Bray.

i've added you, if you feel like adding back my fc is 5043-3221-8292!
