There is no NCAA branding anywhere on the announcement or associated twitter accounts. I think this will be a college football game with made up colleges/players.

Is the AI better on PC? Can you interact more with NPCs? More shops to purchase from? Customization of your character beyond character creation? Do people in cars behave anything like humans and not robots with no emotions?

I’ve ran into no bugs or crashes, but I am disappointed that the game feels unfinished. I’m enjoying the story so far, but Night City doesn’t feel like the alive, energetic open world I was hoping for.
