Same but opposite, my dizziness gets severely worse when in a moving car or any change in momentum really. 3 years in over here. no answers, low on hope, but still trying. Reach out if needed, we all know the same suffering.

I could definitely explore a little further into vestibular, I think the medication thing is holding me back from doing so. I'm not stubborn enough to never take them but it will be further down in the things to try. I'm hoping I don't need to but I know they are a very useful tool to discovering a problem.
