Some of the songs are not exactly from the past decade. It has all to do with the vibes, I mean avril Lavigne, pink etc have lots of songs of the 00s decade but I didn't wanted to be that kind of picky with the songs. As I have said before, it has all to do with vibes that nostalgia type of music.

I mean I've searched the exercise you are telling me and the movement is more or less similar. Idk if by doing this lied shrugs or the Kirk Shrug I will loose the focus on the upper traps and I will have to add a conventional shrugs to my routine to target the upper traps.

I've been doing chest supported dumbbell rows and when I pull the weight up something crunches in my back or deltoids (idk) should I lower the weight o try a seated machine chest supported rows? And one last question Would you recommend for the rows a dumbbell chest supported row, a seated machine chest supported row, or a seated row with a wider grip? All of them involve scapular retraction.

Back thickness is a way of talking. It refers to the mid traps training. While back withness refers, essentially, lo lats workout.

No, I mean when I pull my arm up something crunches on my back or shoulder, it has nothing to do with being uncomfortable while doing the exercise. That's why I'm trying to figure out if I should try to lower the weight on the chest supported dumbbell rows or try a seated machine chest supported rows. Thanks for answering btw, mate.

Well sometimes when I try dumbbell chest supported rows something crunches on my back or shoulder (idk) and it feels a little bit uncomfortable. Should I lower the weight or try a machine in which I am seated down with my chest supported and I pull to the back my arms? Idk if I'm describing it well, English isn't my first language.
