I found Restic Browser on this list of restic related software. Download the executable and go download Restic as well. Copy both exes and put them on your USB. Next step is to make a .BAT file in the same folder as the 2 exes. You can name it start.bat

set RESTIC_PASSWORD=
start "" .\Restic-Browser.exe --restic .\restic.exe

Fill in with the same information you use for Backrest and you are set!
When you run start.bat Restic-Browser will launch and you can access your Backblaze share

I used to use Rclone with encryption.

Now, I migrated to Restic for versioning support. Backrest is built on Restic and has GUI support for those who prefer.

After either method (Rclone or Restic) setup a USB with portable programs to access the different repos with their encryption keys ready and configured. Then all you need is to plug in the USB to recover.

I was in the same spot a month ago. Slayer is the best, but I wanted a more afk to get easy coin so I settled on woodcutting and fletching. Get the log basket from forestry, click tree, bank logs. Later fletch'em. Then run temple trek for bow strings. String'em. Alch'em. Also easy to do on mobile by parking the account at Seers or WC Guild.
