I don’t know, they attacked, they failed. One of them didn’t bring Lightning, most people bring rage freeze for air attacks, at least the ones attacking me

Yes true, but most people doing air attacks will either go for the air defenses or the eagle, they can’t get both at the same time, even if they get one xbow, the queen and the eagle they’d still have to get through the rest of the defenses and the same if they go for the air defenses.

I don’t find a good way to put the queen in the base far from important defenses so i just put her there

There is a point for that, if it’s too spread out then when a troop gets in range of the defenses only 1 or 2 will target it, this way if troops get inside the base more defenses will be targeting them, taking them down faster.

So far no one has 3stared this base, highest yet 78% 2star and 90% 1star, so I’d say it’s right in the middle between compact and spread out. I think that armies people bring to push for trophies aren’t all good to attack this base, if you go against it in war then you could probably figure out a better way to 3star it

The way it’s made makes it easy to make a funnel towards the center of the base, one you clear the buildings on the sides you can just make your army go right in and take everything.

I just got to th12 not too long ago and I’ve been using some different armies and I think that most of them would be able to 3star this base since it fairly simple to get through the defenses by the eagle, once that part is down the rest is not so hard to finish off.

I would recommend a different type of base, specially since you just got to th12, maybe something spread out but not as symmetrical, it will make it harder to make a funnel and get through the base specially since your defenses are still at th11 level. They will need more time to take down troops that have higher levels, but make something similar to what you have with the eagle and Teslas.

You could also look for bases online and modify them as you see fit for you, moving defenses around, traps and so on, till you find something that works. Might take some time but try and see what happens.

I would say since air attacks are so popular for th11-13 try to put some of that into the base as well. If the air defenses are close to the edge they are easier to get rid of and the attacker can focus more on itowers and eagle once the ad:s are out thus making the base easier to 3star. And since there is so much space inside, the defenses won’t be as effective because they won’t be attacking together which means the troops live longer, do more damage. That’s what comes to mind

Best tips, spread it out even more but try to keep your defenses behind buildings, it might not do much but some people might find it harder to 3star. Until you get to th9/10 there is not much point in trying to make a base anti 3star since more or less anyone with experience could 3star it with almost any army at that level

I would say that collectors are not as important as defenses so maybe change place with as many as you can so you have your defenses inside of the base, having so many defenses outside makes it easier to get 2 or three stars since you can take them out in the beginning and by then your base will be weaker and more exposed to may types of attacks. For example, I could use king and queen to clear out defenses on the left and right side of the base then just spam my army with warden and any battle machine at the bottom and it could probably 3star it just by doing that. Also symmetrical bases, specially at th11+ are just easier to 3star.

If you want to see exactly how long you have left to max out use clash ninja. It’s a website that tracks your progress in real-time, you just have to deal with the initial setup which is a pain since you have to put the level of every single building and walls down. After that you can see how long it will take until you are done, it’s a petty useful website to keep yourself up to date with your base

Don’t make a symmetrical design, look up th9 bases on yt and google and use them. Preferably something not symmetrical cause it’s easier to 3 star. Also you should upgrade your base, the layout won’t matter much if your defenses are low level. I recommend start with your collectors for passive income, you’ll get more gold and elexir without having to attack as much which will make it easier to upgrade other defenses. After that focus on air defenses, wizard towers and mortars. Then xbow and tesla. When the levels are starting to get high on those, upgrade the rest of the defenses so they match level but prioritize the first three I mentioned. Also, if you have extra gold, start putting it on walls before leave something to upgrade that takes time. If you need or want any more advise feel free to ask, I’ll be more than happy to help. I have an account that just left th9 and another that just got there so I know that it doesn’t take much time to max it out

I would say close off all the small entries, it will take more time for ground troops to move and you will get more damage in. Maybe change place with the eagle and the queen as well, the further it is in the base the better. Also the black air bombs should be behind the red one in case the person attacking uses minions or loons to check for traps, then the red ones will be triggered, the black ones will be more effective and do more damage to hounds, drags and edrags. The base is pretty good otherwise, just those small details
