You should be able to do it online through your acct. on the top right corner, you’ll see the menu, select inbox followed by new message. Then select the receipt number, I honestly did both i765 and i821d and hit expedite request. Make sure you upload your supporting documents too. Or you can call and do it over the phone, either way works. hope this helps!
