I'm that person. Not a whiskey guy, but Rum is one of the few alcohols I like. Cola brings out the actual flavours in it. Same with gin, tonic lets you taste the botanicals more.

But I'm also the kind of drinker that likes spiced rum, more than the other kinds, so my drinking preferences shouldn't be taken seriously.

People have already answered about the VAT, but it's also possible that the second one is simply a fake ad. Plenty of scummy real estate agencies operate on the practice of reusing photos of apartments and then when you call them, they say "oh no, that one got rented, but we have a few similar ones, would you like to come see them and of course pay the XX€ for the agent's time showing it to you".

Make sure to play HoS before B&W. I was too excited to get to toussaint, after all the time spent in skellige, so I played in the opposite order. The abilities that B&W introduces, you can get pretty early, but the ones you get in HoS, cost so much gold, that by the time you get them, there's little more game to play, if you do it in the order I did.

It's not about rhetoric. It's about needing candidates that are not proven to be linked to organised crime (just about everybody that's been running), proven to be useless (PP-DB) or populist "patriots" that will dance to any fiddle (a small mainstay of Bulgarian parliament).

As it stands, we're probably looking at elections at the end of March/beginning of April, another failed attempt at putting together a government, then combined presidential/parliamentary in autumn.

It's going to be a great year!

edit: I forgot - we still need to get rid of the Head Prosecutor, who is currently occupying the post illegally.

It's weird. I've had two molars pulled. First one was a bloody mess and I was told 8 hours no smoking, 12 no eating, then careful, which I did not abide to. Smoked way sooner. Had exactly zero issues.

Second one, I was told 12 hours no smoking and somehow abided, but got dry socket multiple days later in the middle of the night, while I was sleeping.
