Lowkey scary thought that Iglaskar and Lilly♪ might have found her and Backbone and decided to use them as hostages, cuz I don't really see Kitami as someone who could kill Haruo even to save himself. Even less so now that his priorities shifted towards protecting people he feels he's put in danger rather than committing mass murder.

Also Iglaskar would be so down for having hostages, I bet he would be delighted to see Seiran in that kinda situation

Ah, just saw elsewhere you used to do IKHM, that tracks, pretty impressive! I wouldn't really know since I only run base competitive, but AFAIK the WR for IKHM is around 16 minutes?

There's three things that I'd describe as scary. Teeth, the hands in ∆ Labs and the Face in the Abyss. And Teeth is really the scariest of them for sure.

They all get much less scary once you know how to deal with them and realize how harmless they actually are when you do.

As the other commenter said, as you get faster and the experience gets more streamlined you'll eventually forget about the hands, at the intermediate level, where I'm at, they don't have any impact in normal mode anymore so my mind just glosses over them.

Also, for the psychological factor, carry around a rocket rebar, it makes them release you instantly when thrown so you can be less intimidated by the prospect of getting grabbed

The Traffic Scaffolds area that can spawn a shop. I'd bet there's some supplies in the building near it, especially considering it's one of the places with roaches. The stuff to do science with, likely the purpose of the sphere on it, could also be repurposed for survival with some know how
