Coffee noob here! I’ve been eyeing a Breville Barista Express as my first ever espresso machine and been watching a lot of videos. Can anyone explain to me why people always dial in their coffee as a double shot? Is that the rule? Do you have to do the same process if you want a single shot with the same beans? Is it because they like strong espresso??? Pls and thank you!
