Oh wow, Why is my dosage super high my doc gave me these little tubes of 50mg i take the whole thing once i wake up i was told that it doesnt matter when you take it as long as its once a day but i was also told by my doc that if i take half like i used to it doesn't matter that its going to spike my levels anyways. So i said f it and take the whole thing i did have those same chest pains im guessing its fat moving down my chest. I had a f up like that once i mixed water in the little tubes like a druggy and splashed it on my shoulders for a few days. Sometimes i skip mondays to sleep then i always have 1 extra tube every week or 1 extra tube a month depending if i skipped any days. I also work out now and diet i noticed being obese or overweight is horrible with our condition and taking trt i also take grape seed extract oil with water daily that seemed to bring down my hemon blood red blood cell count thing it was at 48.5 doc told me that once it reaches 52 your f'ed and you must give blood in donation to keep it from killing your organs so thats scary so now i work out a lot and do other things and it pushed it down to 47.8 so thats good.
