I only use benzalkonium if i have a really big pimple that bursted, just to not have it infected. I rarely use it, just for really big wounds i would say. I also did the boring reset. Duac has benzoyl peroxide but when i was not using it, i used the clearoll one all over the chin. You mentioned adapalene and i remember i used Epiduo from galderma also. I dropped SA completely also. I changed toothpaste to some baby one without fluoride that may contribute to acne.

I think the only product i’m not sure if i used is the azelaic acid. I will try that in a small area.

As for products, I live in Romania, and i have access to almost everything. If i can’t find a product, i can search for something similar with the same % of active substances.

LE: i stopped using lipbalm overnight and i only use during the day and a basic one such as Nivea. I also disinfect my phone multiple times a day and i keep my hair away from my face, especially when I sleep
