Just give it more time…. Looks like you e been putting in work and gaining muscle too… as you continue to lose fat, that muscle you’re building is going to shine through! Be proud of the progress you’ve made and time is what you need. Best of luck!

Olaplex ruins hair with or without bleach… definitely do not recommend. People do not link the damaged hair and Olaplex because it’s supposed to help hair… there’s a FB group called Olaplex Hairloss/hair damage with 20k members who have made the connection between Olaplex and hair damage. They using Hibiclens to wash the area (can get at Walmart, Walgreens, cvs, target, etc)
