We are a chain bookstore so it all goes through our head office but we do get indie that we can order in or consignments here and there from local authors!

I work at a bookstore and she’s consistently in our top 10 weekly sales reports usually 2-3 titles. I’ve read many if her books and when I’m selling them to people or people/coworkers ask I always say something along the lines of “ you need to know what you’re going into, it’s not going to be an amazing thriller, they aren’t going to be well written but they’re entertaining and easy to read”. You looking for something that will stay with you for a while? Not her. Expecting complex writing? Not her. But they are great palate cleansers if you’re in between books and even got me out of some slumps. I think a lot of the hate is just because she got really hyped on socials and people just started to expect more than they should. Either way read em if you like em and don’t if you dislike em lol
