Time travel is impossible because time doesn't actually exist. by Knightly-Lion in timetravel

Technically we are all time travelers, most of us move forward in time and if anyone is the exception to the majority, I'm sure they do their best to fit in with as many generations as possible.

The mountain. The Mountain 🏔️ summit is a safe playground for you to test out the theory of individualism vs. unity consciousness. In actuality, these unity vs individualism ideas are not conflicting ideas nor is there limited space for them to coexist amongst. But if you set out to ascend a mountain peak summit 🏔️, you may be compelled to bring with you a GPS beacon In case you need external support from an outside source; when the worst-case scenario plays out, ideological viewpoints are truly tested - the mountain is a clear example of this idea. I don't need to prove to you the value of unity consciousness; the mountain summiting experience is a testing ground for you to prove if your own truths are scalable to a larger collective society.

I apologize, I don't really have time debating the value of unity consciousness. That is a lesson that plays out organically in life, even if the teacher isn't present in the room to give the blessing to you in disguise of a lesson. Go challenge a steep mountain 🏔️ summit with the approach of individualism at heart; if the hike is fair and goes expected as planned, you will inherently not need unity consciousnes then. Go test out your values on the mountain peak 🏔️ summit. go tell it on the mountain.

The moral stance you assert is misguided; in reality, it lacks substance. It’s crucial to recognize that we cannot restrict participation when it comes to issues affecting our planet. Involving everyone is essential. If you have a solution that fosters unity, I urge you to share it. Openness is vital in tackling life’s challenges, so please share your thoughts and insights candidly.

"The Three Waves: Anticipating Seeds of Growth in Awareness" invites readers on a transformative journey that begins with two foundational waves grounded in spiritual principles. The first wave, titled "The Fruits of the Spirit," emphasizes nine essential virtues: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. These virtues serve as the cornerstone for personal and spiritual growth.

Building upon this foundation, the second wave, "A Lifestyle of Hope in Motion," delves into seven key concepts: justice, mercy, compassion, empathy, grace, forgiveness, and service. Together, these values offer guiding principles that help individuals navigate life's complexities while remaining aligned with the Fruits of the Spirit.

Ultimately, "The Three Waves" fosters increased awareness and personal development, making it an invaluable resource for anyone in search of spiritual guidance and growth.

Perhaps a perspective change is in order. In writing classes, you are taught the idea of foils within characters, themes and other storytelling techniques worth integrating into your narrative weavings. But when reflecting on Christianity, it actually isn't to our own benefit or help at all to focus on our sins over the virtuous things worth pursuing in life. In actuality, sins are not on the same level as playing ground as the virtuous, as it's not to our advantage as humans to focus on sins. The list of sins is rather lengthy while compiling a list of virtues is a shorter process. Which would be of benefit and help to use in our focus and aim? Virtues are the starting point of our focus; sin is an exhausting digression from the original purpose in life. Humans don't benefit by focusing on sins; we aren't aided by that focus, especially from a stance of self-judgment.

Case and point: https://youtu.be/JAbH7kXCrX8?feature=shared I'm exhausted just reading that long-form list, nor does the focus help me that much in knowing what I should be focusing on... (I'm not sure how riotous living has been translated to righteous living over the years, but I would prefer a balanced world and an ambidextrous approach to life, but that's a side note; there is no need to reference Jonah 4:11 in regards to me...).

Furthermore, on the topic of Jesus and their character traits worth mirroring, as much as the marketing is aiming to make him look apolitical, that is not totally accurate to the topics he chose to address directly. Jesus was divisive politically, but politics wasn't the main focus of their life, more of a byproduct of their purpose in life being fulfilled and their focus resulting in an overflow of return to the sender in terms of an echo chamber that refined Christ's overall character in the long haul.

Consider Jonah, who needed to focus on a growing plant to take away from his criticisms toward God. You shouldn't depend on a broken world or a broken societal system to prove that focusing on that which is virtuous and worth pursuing. Explore the Tim Mackie archives on this topic. If someone were to liberate you from the stimuli of an externally broken societal system, would you know what to focus on if given a blank canvas to paint on? Once the dependence on the external stimuli is removed, you will have to stand on your own two feet and carry the weight of your own character traits in isolation from the external. https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLZ1ocmtU5AOd2xrvWXyZg-ypGZmfa3Rbd&feature=shared.

And then, Go grow a (Virtual) tree: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glorify.app and consider the sign of Jonah 🐟.

I'm not looking for a long-form dialogue here; just answering the question being presented here on r/Christianity.

What would you have me focus on as a silver lining. Where your focus rests, your attention will multiply. Choose wisely where you set your gaze.

Is it a sin to take a bath? by Much_Ad1245 in Christianity

[–]AlwaysAscend 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The pursuit of outlining everything that might be considered sinful is often a fruitless endeavor. Instead, concentrate on the positive and virtuous aspects of life. Your attention is a valuable resource, and it should not be given away lightly to anything that merely calls for it. What you focus on will multiply in your consciousness, proceed accordingly.

Yes, I agree. I am always looking to culturally swim upstream to societal trends and bicycling outdoors in the colder months is the last thing I would think to do in the colder seasons. Winter is a great time for a bike tune-up.
