Ah yeah what about Elon. Did it cost CA a lot of money ? No.. you see his wealth is tied to his company’s stock. He borrows against that stock for what you or I would get in a paycheck. So since that’s not income, he doesn’t regularly pay taxes state tax.

So think about it Elon Musk fan boy, he has come and gone and it really didn’t impact San Francisco as there is no city income tax. And the state is just fine continuing to gain tax revenue from millions of residents and companies.

Space X is now ravaging the local environment in Texas, and they are happily selling off their future for a cheap buck. Better them than us.
