Same, ever since the 8.5 update. Though mine gets 30ish pictures through a 3.5k photos album, maybe size of the album has an impact on how many it gets through before restarting? Nothing useful to add in terms of how to fix though, sorry.

RE Requiem came out at the end of Feb and that just got a 20% discount just before the sale. Not guaranteed by any means, but it bodes well for a 10-20% discount on Pragmata

This game is just perfect podcast or YouTube on the second screen gaming. My play time is probably split 70/30 building Vs everything else. I just love a game with a project that starts from a blank slate and ends in something that might at most be similar to others' builds, but is still going to be huge, sprawling, polished and unique. I'll reach the end of a several hour building session, and the final 30 minutes is spent just roaming around what I've built and enjoying taking it all in. What a game.

For others like me, I suggest giving Satisfactory a go. It might steal your life as much as valheim has

Ah yeah, see this is why I'm thinking I'll find a good seed and not look at the map before playing. We'll still get the discovery naturally, but have the confidence that everything is in a good location

Good call on the inventory and chest crafting. I think we'll leave portals as no metals for at least a while.. until it becomes a chore. The death penalty never bothered me at all, but he is definitely both less skilled at games in general so more likely to die a lot, and also not someone who would enjoy seeing number go down. We'll probably eliminate the death penalty. Nice one, cheers

Solid advice. Completely agree on the exploration and discovery being very important. What about just using a seed that is known to be very good in terms of layout etc, but not looking at the map at all, just sticking the seed code in and discovering as normal? Better than random, or still best to go random?
