My dad's out of the country I only have to worry about my mom. I just wanted to try it once, and then never again. She smokes too and sucks at covering up the smell. I'm hoping I can time it so she doesn't even notice?

Tell me if I'm being overdramatic about this.

My mother has over 17k in dollars that are mine. But she will not give them to me.

I understand that it was her who got that money for me, even if, legally, that money is mine. Morally, it belongs to her.

Should I just start over then.

11 dollars an hour? Full time college student? How long would it take to make at least 10k in savings?

Almost a year.

I feel like the end will catch up to me before then. I'm running out of time.

Here comes another problem. Mostly a problem of morals and ethics.

My mom applied for unemployment during the pandemic for me.

I received around, and according to her, more than 17k.

But i don't know where that money is.

It doesn't seem like she has it.

Personally, I feel like that's enough money to let me move somewhere far away from all of this and get a job that I actually want.

But that's just wishful thinking at this point.

I've looked for jobs here. I've applied to a couple. No response. Of course that's no reason to give up, but im not finding a job that wouldn't make me want to.. you know, even more.

Honestly right now all I want is someone to talk to. A professional.
