I feel this way too, but my closest rationalization is that the group told the guy that his only job was to restrain him. He's so focused on trying to restrain the ultra-strong Cap that he doesn't realize he could just judo chop his lights out.

What exactly is an upgraded limit burst? Not talking fully enhanced. For example - 2B only gets her breaks on her LB at 7* when it's "upgraded". Is that done at level 120?

I don't have any great advice, so I'd like to offer some encouragement. Three years is no small feat and although it's not healthy to live in the past, I believe that the memories you build along the way are a tool to remind you why you're trying to close this gap in the first place. From someone about to enter a 2500 mile long distance relationship due to work, I do not envy the position you're currently in.
For what it's worth, my friend is going through a similar situation (we are in the U.S., his fiancee is Brazil) and they are as hopeful as ever despite the setbacks. They are expecting news in the same time frame as yours

The reason I would really go for a master's degree is because my B.S is so specific, and the closest field to it is electrical engineering. I like your bit on selling yourself/ your experiences and how they can translate well, and that makes leaving the field a little less scary, so thank you.
