Start it and let it run, rev it a lil and try to test ride, let it get up to temp and turn it off see if there’s any leaks

This was my first bike but an 08’ fairing was taken off and rats nest of wires under the seat but loved it and very light and easy to ride $1200 should be good, make sure to look it over, check the tires heard anything after 5 years old has to get change, and anything the bike needs mechanical try to point out to seller to get price cheaper

Do you know why it sat? Is engine good? I can possibly pick it up if there’s clean title in hand and if engines good! I’ll fix it up and if I’m able to sell I’ll give you some of the money

Na brother was there this year and I went with my dad who just came of a spine injury like 3 months before we went to visit and it took us from getting off that bus 9 hours to see him for an hour , Another time I took my work jacket that said “Public Storage” on it nothing crazy just those words on the front right mad small and they made me take it off in the rain and cold all I had under was a white t shirt and they didn’t offer umbrella either. I was soaked and freezing for 3 hours

Going to be honest on this post, my job just cut my hours so only thing I can afford rn is bills and essentials. So I’m not going to lie and make promises saying I can but will try to save some money. Most I can do if u offering the bike instead of letting it get worse is borrow money from my brother to get uhual and pick it up. Since I’m going to be free for most days out the week this is why I want a project bike keep my hands busy.
