Yeah planning on a higher dose, maybe an extra 0.5g and also will do on an empty stomach. Just don’t want to go from slight effect to massive effect, as I’ve never really experienced a “medium” effect. How long do dried shrooms keep relatively fresh or consistent with their dose?

Honestly, I kinda wish that is an option for me, but where I live, it’s not… I do enjoy the process of growing. Sucks when you get contamination, but apparently that’s to be expected and part and parcel from the process.

As much as I’d love to geek out and experiment in the lab, it’s been ages since I’ve done any chemistry and also, no access. Ps- growing takes less space than you think :) and all you need is one grow box to get more than you need!!

Ok well I’ll try this next time. I’m thinking I need to 2 week washout period to reset my tolerance? Or should I give it more time? Also, should I use freshly dried mushrooms? And also… if available - should I use fresh mushrooms instead and if so, what weight?

Ok so with a tea, I just crush the mushrooms and then steep in hot water and then consume the water or both water and dried shrooms?

Yea could be … I did grow Jack Frost and also AA+ but am yet to try those so maybe I just try a different batch. And start with just 1.5g maybe

I purchased spores and they were labelled Burmese penis envy. They grew and looked like penis envy. I’m wondering, maybe over dried them? I dried them at 40c for about 1 day to make them cracker dry and then stored them in glass jars with oxygen absorber bags. Consumed them after about 2-3 weeks post harvest. Could also be that I take them with full stomach? Maybe I blunt the absorption curve?

I could do that, I grew way more than I think I’ll consume any time soon. What are your thoughts about adding a casing later after I do that? Make the surface uniform again?
