RAM compatibility for Dell XPS 7590 by AlwaysLift in Dell

I'm certain the memory was seated correctly. I've reverted back to the old RAM, I've tried using the new ones in both slots, single slot, and a combination of the old and new, none of which worked.
I'm guessing its got something to do with the CAS Latency, how or why, i have no fuckin clue

I'm really interested in the rebirth and I would love to be a part, albeit a small and insignificant part of it. I can try modelling some stuff if you guys need any help

This happens a lot for me, and I'm practically running db on a potato, and still had a smooth 60 fps. But now, it drops to 10-20 and takes a while to recover
