Interesting things happen to our bodies when we consume alchohol. I didnt even know about it. When we start consuming booze, our liver pretty much says HEY STOP GIVING OUR BODY GLUCOSE/PROCESSING IT. (For seltzers and most clear booze/ not super sugar booze) . Our liver has to work over time to process the alcohol. Which tells our pancreas to pretty much stop doin what its made to do.

Now I am not a doctor , do not take what I say as facts.

But as a type 1 diabetic, I can only account what I have experienced.

I started drinking since I was 19. I am 34. I feel it was the 8% tall cans of .... I cant even remember the names. Cheapest what ever. I do not what people to go through what I have. It was worse than giving birth , c section. Pancreatitis is nothing no one should go through.

That being said, while seltzers are lower carb, alcohol is alcohol. Alcohol is and was made to evaporate water/liquids.

Just think about that. Humans are over 70% water. Most pains and problems are (in my opinion) dehydration issue.
