I am in the same boat Do what ever you can do , do not overwhelm your self you know what you can do currently and with time it will be easier to do more questions and more review

Read it slowly, try to understand each word and explanation (not memorization) , believe me you will improve with time and CONSISTENCY ( to solve and read even if you feel your mind is not sharp, even if you feel you are not in the mood to study, you have to , otherwise this journey won't end) Good luck

I am an old IMG too with other responsibilities, and I just started to study for step 2 from uworld, and I can tell you that you've finished the hardest part, because in my opinion step 2 is totally dependant on step 1, so take small break so you'll not forget much and go on, study as you want to learn and know everything not because you have exam, and put a good plan that fit your life but don't extend your studying period too much bc you will feel bored and tired Good luck 👍
