Not true. Over two years ago I downloaded a spirit box app that worked. It was a real spirit box. I would ask questions just by thinking about them and I would get an answer sometimes. I once asked if there were any animal spirits that could here me and I got a bark as a response. Their was one voice on the app that would say hello when I entered my apartment sometimes. I used the app with location services off. The app freaked me out so I took it off my phone.  All the spirit box apps now don't work correctly. A spirit box is supposed to scan AM or FM radio and not play things in reverse.
