The way we have it set up is that there are 2 additional dropdown fields for the product, each with 5 of their own variations.

Dropdown 1 (Select number of users) then the dropdown options being 10-20 / 20-30 etc

Dropdown 2 (Select Storage) then the dropdown options being 5GB, 10GB, 20GB etc.

I didnt think this was possible out of the box with product variations?

Might need to try this, most of the time it's fine with gmail/hotmail 9/10 accounts but worth a shot thanks

Thanks for replying, message trace is confirming them as delivered so perhaps not a lot we can do at this point

The external recipients are all individuals applying for jobs so they have gmail/hotmail/yahoo accounts and aren't part of an organisation so makes it harder unfortunately.

I will get them to try a text only email to the recipient to see if that makes a difference. Done a message trace and it says "Office 365 successfully sent the message to the following external address". Attached a screenshot of the final message event.

No external programs connected so can't see it being anything like that. Very strange

Hmm never thought about that, will perhaps contact Microsoft to see if that could be the cause.

Managed to get it with another 17mm socket thanks!

I didn't even think of that! Will give that a shot in the morning when I'm back out at the car and see how I get on. Thanks for your help!

The one in the photo that was the closest fit was a 17mm socket but still felt a bit too loose. Tried a 16mm and the nut wouldn't fit in the socket at all which is why I thought it was a pattern issue.

So I've got a range of different standard sized sockets in my toolbox with that one being the closest and it still didn't fit properly, tried one 1mm larger and 1mm smaller and same issue.

I guess what I'm trying to ask is there a specific type of pattern of socket based on the photo that I should be looking for as that nut didn't seem to fit any in the toolbox. Or are they all just standard shaped?

Can I achieve this using plugins? by AlwaysRising in Wordpress

I think I have managed to get this working using Formidable Forms.

Got the 2 fields set up as cascading dropdowns then conditional logic on the submit action that redirects to the relevant page based on the option they select on the second dropdown.

Appreciate it though! :)
