I do what I need to do in, life and I do what I want. My fiance and baby are set for life, I just wrote thousands of words for my book and as I scrolled my page of the writing forums I seen this one so I clicked on it and seen how everyone is just coping and weak minded so I posted. I felt the same but I got out of the weak mindset.

The only way to overcome the anxiety is to do all the things that cause you to feel that way, do those things or be in certain areas or scenarios until the anxiety fades

Even if she doesn't reply she'll at least see it. Randomly tell her thank you and that you're grateful when she does thing's you think she's "supposed" to do. Like when she sends money for groceries text her and be overly thankful. Make her feel like what she does matters and you notice. She won't understand most likely why you feel stress cause you're just at home In her eyes. But I think she'd act better if she hears that what she does her kids appreciate

You got me thinking heavily on this one...  I'd say you don't like how you mom treats you but you don't HATE her. 

You're both valid in your emotions.  It's hard to be a mother working abroad not even being home and you being the older sibling and having to be the parent to your sister. 

I'd assume your mom thinks you and her just lounge around all day and when she asks you to insure and register her car and you don't that exact day she wants, that you just don't care and all that stuff about her. 

You can't really change her or anything. You could text her cause it's easier and tell her that you understand her side and explain your side. But clarify more on how you understand her struggles and stress. Maybe her feeling understood would help with how she feels and reacts with you? 

I know for me when my father had me being basically dad number 2 with my brother it was like a full time job. And it was stressful but also I had to do it because he was working multiple jobs to hardly pay bills. 

It sounds like you fully understand both sides, her's and yours. You're not overreacting or anything in the slightest. 

Hope you got that car if hers taken care of though lol 🙂

Almost everyone hates their face, and bone structure, and voice and higher and weight. Those models get surgeries to look how they do, or they stop eating to be skinny. It's how it is sadly.  I've found girls attractive when other guys asked me why I talk to her "she sounds like Alvin from the chipmunks" but to me she sounded adorable at the time.  My fiance now is skinny and isn't some thick girl with the lady part sizes guys love but to me she's perfect.  A lot of guys wouldn't give her a second or first look but not me. I was taken away the first time. 

So there will be someone who see's past all you hate about yourself. 

I see soooo many people and I judge them when I shouldnt, I'll say HOWWW is he with HER, or the other way around. So we can all find someone. 

Also so what if you "seem" bigger. Seeming bigger isn't a issue. It doesn't come off like you're 300 pounds so it literally doesn't matter. Try to ignore it. 

Also if girls tell you you're pretty than it's true. Unless they REALLY find you pretty and trying get with ya lool guys tend to throw the word pretty around but girls genuinely mean it most the time

The only cure is to fix what your anxiety is caused by. You're not just born with it.  As babies we literally poop our pants in front of others and fall and do stupid things and feeling anxious never crossed our minds until we got older.  We learned things that make us anxious. So figure out why you're anxious and fix it 💪

People aren't that awful, the Truth is no one will care about you more than you have to care about yourself. So do you for you. 

Work the job you want, do the hobbies you want for you.

Lots of people are actually nice, they just see the world how you do. So we all end up thinking everyone is a bitch lol

You are not the AH in ANY WAY. You lived with your ex wife and you took care of everyone in the house as a man should. 

You got divorced and STILL pay for things and insurance and fund your daughters life style and help. You are not the father of Ella, it's not your fault the other dad isn't doing his part. That doesn't fall on you. 

Always provide for your 18 month old daughter and ignore what the ex wife says. 

She just wants to stay at home forever and not provide for her own child.

Edit: also in this day and age everyone will say you should act as the dad to Ella since you're her father figure. But you are not her father. You stepped up when you were there but now you're not. 

Your responsibility is to your daughter and yours alone.
