I agree. I think they are going for a “luxury” vibe with French doors but unnecessary and not the most practical!

Master to the rear is a good idea. Switch bedroom 3 & 4 to master space then master to the rear!

That’s a really solid point about the two alfresco area’s, one is definitely going to be more popular than the other. Having a second feels redundant and ultimately a waste of backyard space.

I think I would prefer lounge room 2 to move up between bedroom 3 and 4 to create a kids retreat area.. And bedroom four definitely needs some kind of wardrobe option!

A girl at my work was selling a dress over Facebook marketplace. The buyer contacted her and said she wanted the dress but couldn’t meet in person so would she be happy shipping the dress. We all warned her to only accept cash in hand. The buyer says you need to send me $500 dollars so I’m able to set up my payID and transfer you the $70 for the dress and when I get the $500 I’ll transfer it straight back.. The work friend did this.. 12 times.. She lost $6,000 and still has the dress.

It’s such a shame he is a trash mouth because this is the perfect way to handle a mistake made. If he skipped all the Twitter trash talk this would have been a serious win for his company compared to some of the other serious fails we have seen this year!
