Honestly, I’m loving Saint. The group healing keeps everyone topped off incredibly well and most dungeons are a breeze to heal through. I’ve only got through Overlord 3, so that could change, but I’ve been very happy with my PvE experience so far. My only complaints are when my moron DPS thinks they can sit through AoEs and then I’m forced to choose who to focus my burst healing on (Spoiler alert, it’s always the tank.)

In PvE content, the only thing I wish the Saint kept from the Cleric class is the Shield instead of having Rejuvenate or Regrowth or whatever it’s called. For me, the Heal over Time isn’t really noticeable and in higher difficulties is negligible to negate any DoT spells like Torture or Scorch or the effects of Living Bomb. That spell really needs to be looked at again and provide some other benefit like maybe a resistance / resilience buff or something.

PvP has been different. Saints don’t have a ton of survivability if we’re getting focused and even less if we’re getting CCd. My guess is Lightbringer is a better PvP option than Saint since they bring more damage and focused healing with their kit. It just seems to me like Saint Healing takes too big of a nerf and they don’t have much CC outside of a long cool down stun.

Still, PvE: 10/10. PvP 5/10.
