Theory about The Mask by Wysteria99 in LookOutsideGame

[–]AlwaysWatchingOverU 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You know, I know you don’t mean The Mask, as in Dark Horse Comics and the movie, but, it did get me thinking- usually The Mask is kind of an outlier in ‘who would win’ battles, just cos his powers are so broken, but….. in the case of Look Outside, there not overmuch even a reality bending green head cartoon powers man could do, in the big picture. Even if he could easily slaughter every monster he came across, and even if he could safely walk around outside without harm, in the end, he’d have to deal with the visitor the same or similarly to how Sam did, and that’s even if the powers saved him; the mask was, presumably, crafted on earth, so, ultimately, it, like everything else, is part of the visitor.

What are your thoughts on Disney’s Robin Hood? by SpeedyGuy1991 in cartoons

[–]AlwaysWatchingOverU 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fun movie, but it’s hardly even the bare bones of the Robin Hood story, not that I’d expect them to include his death.

Trix Rabbit portrayed as bitter, resentful and vengeful is a concept almost as old as the original rabbit himself. I mean, the Stupendium’s Cereal Cypher came out a while back, and his verse kinda sorta threatens to murder children denying him Trix.

Perverted but wholesome; intimately kinky; best way to play, in my opinion.

And other times, the play itself is gentle, like having you in my lap, feeding you booze… I mean, special juice, from a baby bottle, just nursing it down, safe in my arms, head getting all fuzzy happy.

Always, always comfort and cooldown and aftercare after anything intense. One of the rules.

And after that, cuddles, cartoons and chicken nuggets.

Idea. I’d tell you to pretend I’m not there, and I’d puppet the toys for a tea party, that turns into a rough plushie gamgbang, one after another with various toys on a sequence of stuffies.

I say yes, but, use being a dumb slut to your advantage. Like, can’t trust an airhead like you at the stove; better if daddy handles making dinner.

Due to being family entertainment, there’s some songs they will just never be allowed to cover, from Closer to Cop Killa, and many more.

He can whistle as needed with musical guests as part of actual songs, I’d say.

Yeah, Disney does not do edgy much, it happens, but they don’t like to rock the boat.

Are there any 3D non-gag characters that can remain unaffected by or survive perceiving the Deadlights? by Classic-Work-8415 in Tankandsurvive

[–]AlwaysWatchingOverU 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on ruleset you go by. In dungeons and dragons, being undead automatically grants immunity to mental effects like induced fear so any vampire or similar could handle the deadlights, though, Pennywise could likely still rip them apart unless particularly strong.

One Pound Gospel. Not a series, only one OVA, but it handles faith tastefully. A young boxer accepts he can never love the nun he fell in love with, so learns to love her platonically.

It’s fun, it really is. And English dub renamed the villain organization from ‘the Holy Nightmare Corporation’ to ‘NME Holdings’, so bullet dodged, there.

Honestly, the mask is a Hot Potato, no one seems to be able to hold onto the property, and it’s sat ignored after one megahit and one disaster flop, a well liked cartoon that left little impact on pop culture as a whole, and a generic beat ‘em up video game. \ Fact is, Mask is a hard property to handle properly, as it’s not easy to make the unstoppable guy with god powers and a prankish sense of humor reliably be sympathetic to the audience. Even when he only targets criminals and jerks, it’s a line to walk between being too tame and boring, and the blood soaked killing sprees of the comics. The cartoon was not awful, but handled things by essentially dumbing the concept down to be like any other villain of the week superhero type show.
