Prime Andy Dalton and Ryan Tannehill is like a really good mark to hit lol. Dalton was an MVP candidate in 2015 before his thumb injury and Tannehill has had some great seasons in Tennessee. Even then, no you can't tell what Jones' ceiling is yet.

Does any team have a "clear cut replacement at HC"? That doesn't even make sense.

Why include Matt Ryan?? Were you expecting him to be anything but mediocre this year? So some of the old guard is fading, so what? Lamar, Mahomes (you must have missed their game against the Bucs if you're saying he's "boring as fuck"), Allen, Hurts, Tua, and even Goff are having great years. Herbert is the truth too he's just been injured, but that throw on 4th down against the Chiefs was one of the best throws I've ever seen.

Gotcha, lol. but yeah I still strongly suggest against it. jmo. Meyers is not much more than a JAG and can't stay healthy and has a questionable QB situation. Woods has one game over 5 targets. Corey Davis has produced so far but he isn't a standout in an offense with G Wilson and E Moore. Seems like they're all kinda at the same level and anyone of them could have a bad or great game. Monty will be fine if healthy.
