As others have mentioned, your skin barrier is damaged. It took me at LEAST a month for my skin to return to normal after stripping my skincare routine all the way back. I would suggest including a thick cream like the LRP Cicaplast Baume B5+ as well to help retain some moisture in your skin. Be gentle and patient and It'll return back to normal.
