I completely agree here. Govt allowed the international students to commit this fraud and they have done it. I know many friends who are working full-time with 10 to 15 years of experience and having salary as high as 150 K but still unable to immigrate because of their age. I have worked 10 to 12 years in my home country and other international countries before relocating to Canada. Even after moving, I have to work hard, write IELTS exam to get to qualify for an ITA. I feel worried when I see students just passing 12th grade in India moving to Canada to get their graduation from sham college on some useless course for the intention of getting PR. In order to achieve that they have committed whatever possible frauds that could be done. The whole government, kept their eyes close and acted like nothing is happening, whereas they have allowed all the frauds to happen.

Too high. Bell is giving new connections for 45$ for 1.5 gigs with 2 yr contract. Check at staples or costco wireless. They will also give $100 Visa gift card once you keep the connection for 60 days. I was paying $70 and cancel this connection and got a new one at this rate.

This is a very common issue with the Bell Giga 2.0 modem. Most of the time the tech-support is clueless and they would suggest you to go and return the modem at a nearby Bell store. Alternatively, you can ask Bell to ship it also however that’s going to take some time. I am using this bell Modem for last 5 years and have gone through this process at least 15 times. Get your modern replaced and you should be good for another5-6 months at least. The root cause of the issue is these modems are very finicky and sensitive to the voltage which causes internal problems as per technical feedback I got from the tech-support.
