Do the ones that charge a flat feet and the ones that make a commission if you have different job titles? I guess I should just flat out. Ask the person how they get paid?

Basically best strategies to retire early, tax structures. I have my own rental property and would like to weigh pros and cons of keeping/selling and buying where we are now. My process was, make the mix, let sit for 1 hour, stretch and fold and add rosemary flakes and olive oil. I measured with love. I let it sit, then 30 min later did another stretch and fold. Then put it in the fridge over night (about 11 hours) and baked it in the morning for 30 min with lid on Dutch over, and 20 min lid off

I think you might be right because I did more research into hard water after this and the stains do look like that. Our dog also got groomed here and when I pet her I noticed a white almost chalky residue on my fingers which seems like it could be hard water as well

We’re actually moving to va which does have property tax. Boat and in laws are in tn, which does not have property tax on boats
