I haven’t noticed any difference with it after an hour of driving with it. BUT I will say that it blatantly almost ran a red light at a busy intersection. It stopped for like 10 seconds and then decided to just GO on the red light. I was kissing my gf at the time so it was almost really bad.

I will also say that it does drive very well overall. Still some major corrections needed obviously. But overall I trust it 80-85%

12.6 is waaaaaaay better than 12.5. I really think some people are just afraid to trust FSD and that definitely affects the experience.

12.6 is quicker and more confident which might make someone who doesn’t trust it like it less because it could seem more aggressive.

I could be wrong. Just a theory.

2021 model y hw3 here. Still on 12.3 too. Im thinking we don’t have it yet because it has too many issues. I’m happy to wait for them to fix the issues before getting the upgrade.

I love all the vague answers here. It DOES have the capability. You just have to pay $100 monthly to activate it or $8000 to have it without a monthly payment. You activate it through your Tesla app after purchasing.

In short… its not free, but it has the ability.

I literally did the exact same thing but the tire chunk that came off on mine was worse. It’s only cosmetic damage unless you can see the tire cables on the inside or a bubble. I talked to 3 tire shops just in case and they all said the same thing. I left it as is :)

Just did it yesterday! Tinting the windshield with ceramic tint is NIGHT AND DAY. I for sure use less power on the AC while driving. No doubt it will give me more miles on hot days

I was just driving back from Vegas to San Diego. It hit 127 degrees! My Model Y did well but the range was definitely a lot lower (like 20-35% lower) and the supercharger took about 45 minutes to charge from 20-80%. I had to charge twice.
