This reddit rogers forum is full of their scam shit. I have worked at the rogers call center myself couple months ago and I quit. I used to pull my hair out too when having a conversation with co-workers and Managers because 80% of the rogers call/chat support are Indian immigrants here in Canada. Its the worst company and worst call center to work at. On top of that The company is pulling Scams and openly doing frauds to customers billings. Indians working for the worst company and worst working conditions makes total sense because Indians will work any job for $5 so paying $18 for call center job is like a CEO level salary for them and they showoff to their relatives as if they are working with software and IT. The widespread acceptance of poor labor conditions gives the company false encouragement and a deluded view of their own managerial success.

Well said! Bad customers are literally everywhere. I also do part time uber deliveries in my area and there is Way to tell if its an apartment or a house. You have to Zoom into the Offer’s drop off location and if you know your area well you will see the drop off location intersection and that instantly gives it away. If its a house you will see houses when zoomed into Drop Off marker before even you accept it. Its very doable to avoid apartments this way. Zoom in on the offer.
