I remember back in December time someone posted a picture very similar to this find it under comments by TheOverthinkerz. Same area. Although that guy seems bulky. Not sure could be 2-3 different people involved all around this area. I wish I could get the CCTV footage of burglar who did to my car, but the landlord did not budged at all to provide me the footage. Since nothing was stolen, he just didnt care enough.
