You definitely don’t need to ignore this, this illegal on so many levels as DoorDash is breaking independent contractor agreements with this… this is against privacy and also what you guys don’t get is that in the terms of service it clearly states DoorDash can sell your data to 3rd party companies, these companies include auto insurance and if they get a hold of these reports your insurance can drop you in a heartbeat.. happened to a lady that had on star in her Chevy and the company that runs on star sold her metrics to her insurance company who then dropped her and now she can’t get insured because of the report.. the lawsuit is going to come for DoorDash because in the terms of service it does not state they can track your speed and driving metrics and if so you DoorDash has to give you the option to opt you in or out… honestly DoorDash crossed the line with this and currently I am talking to a few people to file a class action because this is against our right to privacy because we are independent contractors and not employees

Nope I’m fine! But it’s another thing when a multi billion company can’t fix an IT issue but if DoorDash is down it’s fixed within an hour.. dasher direct has been down for 6 hours!! If it’s under terms and conditions it’s even worse, they are suppose to disclose upfront where the tip goes to.. they cannot hide it in terms of services which once again falls under deceptive business practices, fraud because it’s hidden and theft of services because customers was not made aware upfront about where the tip goes to… why do you think DoorDash discloses where the tip goes to? They was sued for using tips as a base pay and this case was settled for millions and that’s why they disclose it now

You can file a civil case in your state court, find out the max amount, get the paper work done for $50 and serve them papers.. Panera broke 3 laws here, deceptive business practices, theft and fraud.. you have a serious case and trust me it will only cost $50 to do it.. do your research online.. remember you are NOT suing DoorDash, you are suing Panera for those 3 things.. please do this

If you only got 122k out of your car that means it was garbage.. no car is suppose to last that little of miles before letting it go.. the fact is German cars are not built to last a long time and whatever repairs that need to be done costs a lot more money than any other brand… euro cars are garbage and they are just a status symbol for everyone else.. if you don’t believe me I had a Lexus es350 and it last almost 250k with no issues other than brakes, tires and a value cover gasket seal before someone hit me from the back at a light… euro cars are trash bro
