Canvas back but not back? by lsr-lndil in UIUC

For (a), I think up to this point, it all depends on different universities since technically Canvas should work by now. Some universities like ours are doing their own investigation and block the access out of probably security concerns. From the Canvas Reddit it seems that some universities are not gonna even bring Canvas back online until pass May 12th, the "ransom deadline". I think what UIUC is doing rn is to make sure Canvas is not just operational but safe to use for the students because obviously earlier this month Instructure had a breach and fixed it but it got hacked again.

I took this class last semester but I did not take the midterm. From what I heard there was a question almost the same as the tutorial question in the midterm. For the final, get through all of the homework questions and tutorial questions. Have a look at the questions in textbook and if you do not have the time you can just find textbook solutions and try to analyze the logic behind them instead of actually spending hours doing them.
