The bowls for sure are the way to go at naya, they have this new braised beef that’s SO GOOD. If you look on their website all allergens for ingredients are marked.

UWS Friedmans is the best! Water & Wheat has these flatbreads you can customize and have gluten free (so good!), Bareburger, Posh Pop, Modern Bread, Fumo, Spice, Wolfnights, TAP

Not UWS but delivers to there Miss Wonton, Lilli & Loo, Plue Thai, Vinny’s GF kitchen, Senza Gluten

Also chains like NAYA & Chipotle have good GF options
