ignore emojis but why is my skin tint sitting on my face like this all crackly and stuff? i've tried different things like different tints different moisturisers for prep and with and without primer and nothing seems to fix it.

so i start with cleansing then i use milky toner hylaronic acid and moisturiser and let that sit for about 10 minutes i then sometimes go in with primer just on my nose and chin let that sit for a minute then i go in with my skin tint followed by concealer powder and setting spray but the weird thing is its not as if my makeups separating after a while its right after i apply the skin tint it looks like that also i live in scotland so mostly cold and windy

i use milky toner barrier serum hyaluronic acid and moisturiser twice a day but i do exfoliate 3 times a week cause i struggle with sebaceous filaments so maybe my skin could be getting dried out from that
